Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Padipom account (developer: Snappyapps, Lena Snappyapps Technologies (OPC) Private Limited) and all your children's data. You can do it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Padipom and sign in as the parent or teacher.
2. Tap the account icon (top right) to open Account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

To remove just one child instead: Students tab → the ⋮ menu on the child's card → Remove.

Without the app

Email support@padipom.in from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, email, sign-in).
• All your children's profiles, login codes, PINs, activity, scores, streaks, badges and goals.
• Your subscription records and billing history in the app.

Anonymous class averages that no longer identify anyone may remain. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's policies.
